Tropic Like It’s Hot
Double IPA
8% ABV
Wai-iti, Riwaka, Mosaic
This one is unlike most of the other DIPAs we’ve put out. The appearance is less opaque and the body starts out dry, but finishes sweet. The aroma and flavor can best be described as tropical fruit, orange, pear and melon and almost candy like. We’ll have it on tap and in 16oz cans to go this Friday.
