EVENT SPACE DETAILS

Located at 1 Northeast 7th Street, Suite A, Skydance Brewing Company started brewing its operations in 2018 and is now enjoyed across the state of Oklahoma. Located in Automobile Alley, (East Auto) and within walking distance to our fellow breweries Prairie Artisan Ales, Vanessa House, and Twisted Spike, and within blocks from the OKC Convention Center and the Paycom Center (home of the OKC Thunder.)

Large skyscraper windows and two glass garage doors provide us space with plenty of views of the urban area and a peek of downtown. With plenty of space for private and non‐private events and diverse types of seating, you are sure to find your spot to enjoy one of our crafted brews. Our tap wall is gilded with twenty taps, eighteen of which are beers brewed in house, one is for a local cidery, OK Cider, which produces gluten free cider, and the last is for cold brew coffee. From sofas to bar stools, to lounge chairs and benches, the views from the mezzanine level (respectfully called the Eagles Nest) will catch your attention with a window to the brewery as well as a bird’s eye view of the taproom.

The patio space has various seating options as well – from picnic tables to conversation setting, with plenty of lounge chairs that are spread throughout. When the garage doors are open, the patio and taproom feel like they are one.

Our space is accommodating to many types of events. We value our customers and love our regulars, so we will not close our entire space for your event unless you reserve the entire facility. We encourage you to visit us and look at the options we have to fill your event needs!

Non‐Private /
Reserving Tables:

We will reserve tables in our main tap room for groups up to twelve people at no cost; just give us a heads up to accommodate you accordingly. Please note, that if you miss your reservation time, we have no choice but to open them back up to the public

Private / 4 Hour Max
The Lounge

Comfortably seats twelve people but can accommodate fifteen if you are feeling cozy. This is a soft seating space only and does come with its own TV, a view to the brewery, but is exposed to the rest of the taproom crowd because it is downstairs with a large entry. We do offer a screen to put in the entry way to provide some privacy if so desired. Minimum headcount is six.

Private / 4 Hour Max
The Eagles Nest

Comfortably seats thirty people but can accommodate about forty when considering standing room included. This space is the mezzanine level with a view of the taproom and of the production space. The lounge features barstools and table seating, soft seating, benches, a TV, and your own beertender. You are welcome to bring food, hire a caterer, or ask us for a food recommendation! The only access to this space is up the stairs. Minimum headcount is twenty.

Full day Private event / 6+ Hours
Skydance Brewing

Renting out the entire Skydance Taproom will require a minimum of 6 hours, plus a fee, depending on the type of event. Skydance Brewing can comfortably seat 150 people inside and on the patio but accommodate about 175 when considering the brewery production space, both lounge areas, patio and allow for standing room. Our team will help you organize your event from providing catering options, to assist with putting up decorations, as well as working with you on creating a custom beer just for your event if so desired. We do need a 90‐day lead time for you to reserve the entire space

EVENT PROPOSAL & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

DEPOSIT FEE

The brewery will levy a “deposit fee” depending on the room selected, date/time of the event and headcount. The deposit is non‐negotiable and will not be substituted for gift certificates, however, your deposit will be applied toward your final tab. We base our pricing on headcount, space chosen, peak hours versus off peak hours, and day of the week

DEPOSITS

Skydance Brewing Company reserves the right to require a deposit of a specified amount to reserve the room and event.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES

You agree that all beverage items purchased or consumed by your attendees at Skydance Brewing Company must be supplied and prepared by Skydance Brewing. No beverages may be brought in from an outside source. It is the policy that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into Skydance Brewing for a private function. We reserve the right to request proof of legal drinking age when necessary. Any catering brought into the taproom is the responsibility of the guests and/or caterer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made fourteen full days prior to your event date. If an event cancels less than 14 full days in advance, the deposit is not refunded, but may be used for a future date. If an event cancels less than 7 full days in advance, the guest forfeits the deposit, and the deposit may not be used for a future event.

DECORATIONS, SIGNAGE & TAPROOM AMBIANCE

Decorations or displays, excluding table centerpieces, brought into Skydance Brewing by the guest must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, staples, or any other substance to prevent damage to the furnishings. Skydance Brewing does not permit any confetti, glitter, or open flame decor.

LIABILITY

Skydance Brewing reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. The guest agrees to be responsible for any damage to the taproom, including but not limited to furniture, art, and decorations. Skydance Brewing shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the taproom, or for any items left unattended.

DEFAULT

The failure and/or refusal by you to make payment as specified in the Agreement, at the option of Skydance Brewing, shall constitute cancellation of the event by you. Skydance Brewing shall retain all deposits and advance payments.

By Approving of this Event Proposal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions listed in the Event Acknowledgement and Proposal Form.
